Individual program deadlines vary. Both the Rice and program application must be submitted by the earlier of the two deadlines.
Priority deadline: Oct 1 (Spring), Mar 15 (Summer, Fall, AY)
Final deadline: Oct 15 (Spring), Mar 31 (Summer, Fall, AY)

All scholarship applications are to be completed by the priority deadline; no application received after the priority deadline will be considered. A faculty recommendation letter is ONLY required for Study Abroad office scholarship (both merit- and need-based) applicants.

Advisors can only complete program approval for students who have completed all components for BOTH the Rice and the program application and have been approved by the Study Abroad Office.
