Location

Istanbul (http://english.istanbul.com/) sits in one of the most beautiful natural settings of any city in the world.  Straddling the Bosphorus, the city is noted for its stunning skyline of domes and minarets. Opera and ballet, numerous theaters and cinemas, concerts, exhibitions, sporting events and an international arts festival ensure a rich and vibrant cultural life throughout the year.  In 2000 Koç University moved to its permanent campus on a hill close to the city yet removed from the distractions of city life. It occupies a sixty-two acre site with academic and administrative building, laboratories, library, dormitories, faculty residences, social and sports facilities.
